Why does life feel unfair?

Life often feels like an uneven path. Some seem to have everything, while others struggle at every turn. In these moments, it’s easy to feel like life is unfair. But God’s justice is not confined to human timelines or our understanding of fairness. His justice runs much deeper, and His ways are beyond what we can comprehend.

God allows seasons of imbalance to draw us closer to Him, teaching us to trust Him more deeply. Even Christ bore a cross He didn’t deserve—showing us that sometimes, purpose walks the path of pain. But even in these painful seasons, we must remember that God’s fairness is not about giving equal comfort to all. His fairness is expressed through His perfect love for each of us.

God sees the whole picture. When we can’t see the reasons behind our struggles, we can trust that He understands and will make all things right in His perfect timing. His justice will one day outshine every injustice we face, and in that moment, we will understand the purpose that only He could see in our pain.

The Path to Trusting God’s Justice

In the midst of life’s imbalance, it’s important to remember that God’s ways are higher than our own. His justice is not based on what we see in the present, but on a perfect love that transcends time and human understanding. Trust in Him, even when it doesn’t seem fair. The cross is a reminder that sometimes, the path to purpose is through pain, but it is always worth it.

God’s justice isn’t about making everything “fair” in the eyes of the world. It’s about restoring what was lost, making things right in His time, and revealing His love to us in ways we can’t yet comprehend.
