‘The Spirit of truth… will testify about me’-John 15:26

During a team meeting, the supervisor dismisses a good idea simply because it’s coming from a quiet intern. While others stay silent, the junior staff politely speaks up: “I think her idea has real value.” The room goes quiet. It’s a small moment—but it takes courage to back the truth when it’s easier to blend in.

Jesus said the Holy Spirit would speak through us (John 15:26). That often happens in quiet moments—when you speak up for someone or share a truth others ignore. That intern’s idea? It’s like the truth others ignore. Your voice becomes God’s way of making it heard. You don’t need to preach—just stay close to what’s right, and God will work through you. You don’t need eloquent words—just bold faith. Wherever you are, trust God to speak through you (1 Peter 3:15).

Heavenly Father, thank You for the Spirit of truth, who testifies through me. Grant me the courage to speak up for what’s right, even when it’s easier to stay silent. Let my voice be Your instrument, as promised in John 15:26, sharing truth with bold faith. Guide me by Your Spirit, and give me wisdom to speak as 1 Peter 3:15 calls me to. Amen.
